Board (the "Board") on August 13, 2015 after due notice of noncompliance to
the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received
evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner being not
being present, there upon finds as follows:

1. You, Tiffany L. Grabbit will pay the City of Edgewater, Florida, a fine of
$75.00, and an additional fine of $50.00 per day for each day the
violation continues to exist past August 14, 2015 and for a lien to be
placed on the property if not satisfied by August 19, 2015.
2. A certified copy of this order may be recorded in the public records of
Volusia County, Florida, and shall constitute a lien against the above
described property and upon any other real property or personal
