Right now Debary is the only library open until 8 p.m. She feels the next request will be that a couple of the larger libraries be open until 9 p.m. or 10 p.m. That is a typical scenario in larger library systems. Ms. McCormack confirmed Volusia County is fully compliant with the US Supreme Court's mandate that they have filtered systems because they receive federal money to buy computers with. Adults can request they unfilter for that specific adult for their period of time. This is really uncommon for someone to do. She confirmed before the blocking there were rare incidents and she would tell the people they need to be aware. Ms. Mackie asked what date they decided on for the Volunteer Luncheon.
