Clay Craft responded.- Retail Strategies does not target Industrial recruitment, but if contacted and interested they will help find location and information for potential business; They have an idea on a property to fit needs for the potential recruitment, and also rely on Samantha Bishop for her resources; Roughly 100 thousand in population to attract a store such as Target; R.S. uses median and averages to satisfy what the retailer is looking for; No, R.S does not have a poll of what the residents are willing to drive for; R.S. does not maintain established businesses, If R.S. has a good relationship with the retailer they will check in from time to time; and a few Omni channel retailers say the market is a fringe at this time.
