03-18-1986 - Workshop (.) o CITY OF EDGEWATER MARCH 18, 1986 MINUTES At 7:00 A.M. on March 18, 1986, City Clerk/Administrator Connie Martinez arrived at 409 Mango Tree Drive, the Public Works Department, to view the first major burn in the incinerator. Present at this time were: Councilman Russell Prater, Councilman James Inman, Mr. Earl Copeland, Public Works Superintendent, and Mr. Chuck Chamberlin, Public Works employee. Mayor Earl Baugh arrived at 7:02 A.M. Councilman Louis Rotundo arrived at 7:03 A.M. The incinerator was lit by Mr. Copeland and various discussions were held. Mr. Mike Tenney, Public Works Supervisor, arrived at 7:14 A.M. At 7:17 A.M. Mr. Chamberlin starting placing additional loads of trash into the incinerator. At 7:49 A.M. Mr. David Garrett, Recreation Director/Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Superintendent, arrived. At 7:54 A.M. Mayor Baugh left. At 7:58 A.M. Councilman Rotundo left. At 8:02 A.M. Mr. Garrett left.
