Pursuant to Chapter 170, Florida Statutes, and Resolution 2016-R-21 confirming the
special assessment for the Thomas Street Area Special Assessment District, the City of
Edgewater has determined to make and fund certain public improvements as authorized by
Sections 170.01 and 170.201, Florida Statutes, by the construction, reconstruction, repair,
paving, repaving of roads and other amenities which improves and benefits the property
described below and to make a special assessment in the amount of $351.53, annually, for 20
years beginning October 1, 2016, on the following described real property located in Volusia
County, Florida:
LOTS 15 TO 20 INC BLK 7 TOTEM PARK MB 4 PG 46 PER OR 4883 PGS 4615-4616 in the
Public Records of Volusia County, Florida. Property location: 4111 ST, Edgewater, FL(Parcel ID
# 7433-13-07-0150)
The owners of record are MARTIN J HALANSKI, 1312 3RD ST, Edgewater, Florida.
The City of Edgewater hereby claims a lien pursuant to Sections 170.08 and 170.09,
Florida Statutes, in the amount of$ 5,206.92, plus interest at the rate of 2.35%per annum. This
special assessment lien shall remain a lien against the property co-equal with the liens of all
state, county, district and municipal taxes, superior in dignity to all other liens, titles and claims,
until paid,pursuant to Section 170.09,Florida Statutes (2016).
