The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner being not being present, there upon finds as follows: 1. There currently exists the following violation(s) of the Land Development Code/Code of Ordinances of the City of Edgewater. Sec. 10-207 Accessory structures Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. You, Across the Pond Developments will pay the City of Edgewater, Florida, a fine of $75.00, and an additional fine of $100.00 per day for each day the violation continues to exist past January 13, 2017 and for a lien to be placed on the property if not satisfied by January 18, 2017.
