THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Code Enforcement
Board (the "Board") on January 12, 2017 after due notice of noncompliance to
the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received
evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner being not
being present, there upon finds as follows:
1. The Respondent is the owner of the property described as follows:

2. There currently exists the following violation(s) of the Land
Development Code/Code of Ordinances of the City of Edgewater.
Sec. 10-207 Accessory structures
Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. You, Across the Pond Developments will pay the City of Edgewater,
Florida, a fine of $75.00, and an additional fine of $100.00 per day for
each day the violation continues to exist past January 13, 2017 and for
a lien to be placed on the property if not satisfied by January 18, 2017.

2. The daily fines will be suspended until the February 9th Code Board
hearing. If the violation is not corrected at this time, then the daily
fines would be retroactive back to January 13, 2017 date.
3. A certified copy of this order may be recorded in the public records of
Volusia County, Florida, and shall constitute a lien against the above
described property and upon any other real property or personal
property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Section 162.08 and
162.09, Florida Statute.
4. Respondent will be responsible for recording fees and administrative
costs associated with recording the lien.
