81-O-35, 1, 91-e3s ORDINANCE NO..".i/!6 AN pDQQ��® HNDING SECTION 606.04 ZONING D CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, TOERMTTO USEDEVELOPMENTWTHINTH ZONING IISION, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 1. That Section 606.04 known as the B-5 Planned Shopping Center District is amended in subsection (b) thereof to provide in addition to the listed permitted uses, the following: Permitted Use within a limited region: Townhouse Development shall be a permitted use in the B-5 District within that area known as the Highway Subdivision, being lots 1-15 as per Map Book ..'2 page2-22- . Townhouses shall have the dimensional requirement as set forth in the regulations of the R-4 Zoning District. SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions of the City of Edgewater, Florida, that are in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided by law.
