RESOLUTION NO. 88-R-56 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGE - WATER, FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENT TO VACATE A FIFTEEN FOOT ALLEY AND A PORTION OF GUAVA DRIVE, ADJACENT TO LOT 437 AND LOT 438, BLOCK 16, FLORIDA SHORES UNIT NO. 1; REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of October, 1988, declared by motion its intent to vacate a fifteen foot alley and a portion of Guava Drive on the subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, hereby declares its intent to vacate a fifteen foot alley and a portion of Guava Drive, adjacent to Lot 437 and Lot 438, Block 16, Florida Shores Unit No. 1, as recorded in Map Book 23, Page 57, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida. See attached Survey, marked Exhibit "A". SECTION 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 7th day of November , 1988, and approved as provided by law.
