88-R-26RESOLUTION NO. 88-R-26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, APPOINTING TWO (2) MEMBERS TO THE CITIZEN CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER; PROVIDING FOR TERMS OF OFFICE; PROVIDING FOR RIGHTS, PRIVILEGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES; REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HERE- WITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Resolution No, 87-R-41, adopted by the City of Edgewater, provides Rules and Procedures for Board Appointments, and WHEREAS, said procedures require that candidates be inter- viewed by a Screening Committee and the top choices be then referred to the City Council for final action. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the following two (2) members are hereby appointed to the Citizen Code Enforcement Board of the City of Edgewater, Florida: lla�v C;CCQ'e//a and //QVYl fn Ud in C� SECTION 2: That the terms of office shall be for three (3) years to end May 18, 1991, SECTION 3: That the individuals named above shall have all of the powers, duties and responsibilities as set forth in the ordinances, resolutions and laws of the State of Florida. SECTION 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 6tn day of June 1988, and approved as provided by law. This Resolution was introduced and sponsored by Councilman Prater and was read and passed by a vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 6tn day of Tune 1988 , and authenticated as provided by law.
