RESOLUTION NO. 89-R-27
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGE -
WATER, FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENT TO VACATE THE TEN
FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY
LOT LINE OF LOT 133 AND THE NORTHERLY LOT LINE OF LOT
134, WILDWOOD SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3, MAP BOOR 38, PAGE
35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, REPEALING ALL
RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of April,
1989, declared by motion its intent to vacate the ten foot
drainage and utility easement on the subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Edge-
water, Florida, hereby declares its intent to vacate the ten
foot drainage and utility easement, along the southerly lot line
of Lot 133 and the Northerly lot line of Lot 134, Wildwood
Subdivision, Unit 3, Map Book 38, Page 35, of the Public Records
of Volusia County, Florida. See attached Survey, marked Exhibit
"A".
SECTION 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this resolution shall take effect immedia-
tely upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Edge-
water, Florida, at a Regular meeting of said Council
held on the 15 day of lAay , 1989, and approved as
provided by law.
This Resolution was introduced and sponsored by Councilman
Hatfield , and was read and passed by the City Council of
the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a Regular meeting of
said Council held on the 15 day of May , 1989, and
approved by law.
