89-R-21A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CITIZEN CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR A TERM OF OFFICE; PROVIDING FOR RIGHTS, PRIVI- LEGES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES; REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 89-R-10, adopted by the City of Edgewater, provides Rules and Procedures for board appointments; and WHEREAS, said procedures require that applications be forwarded to Councilmembers for their review and action. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That R;c.�.X6 �L. ,4.Ys hereby appointed to the Citizen Code Enforcement Board of the City of Edgewater, Florida. SECTION 2: That the term of office shall be for three years to end May 18, 19$A. SECTION 3: That the individual named above shall have all of the powers, duties and responsibilities as set forth in the ordinances, resolutions and laws of the State of Florida. SECTION 9: That this resolution shall take effect immedi- ately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a Regular meeting of said Council held on the 17 day of April ,1989 , and approved as provided by law.
