THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Code Enforcement Board (the "Board") on September 14, 2017 after due notice of noncompliance to the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Respondent being fir'; not being present, there upon finds as follows: 1.
