THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Code Enforcement Board (the "Board") on September 14, 2017 after due notice of noncompliance to the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Respondent being fir'; not being present, there upon finds as follows: 1. The Respondent is the owner of the property described as follows: Address: 1227 WILLOW OAK DR, Short Parcel ID: 8402-01-03-0020 Legal Description: LOTS 3002 & 3003 BLK 149 FLA SHRS UNIT NO 4 MB 23 PG 104 PER OR 4975 PG 1355 2. There currently exists the following violation(s) of the Land Development Code/Code of Ordinances of the City of Edgewater. Sec. 21-36.09 Swimming pool Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. You, Sherman M. Saunders will pay the City of Edgewater, Florida, a fine of $75.00, and an additional fine of $50.00 per day for each day the violation continues to exist past September 14, 2017. The cost for installation of the temporary fence is $180.00 in addition to fines and daily fines also for a lien to be placed on the property if not satisfied by September 20, 2017. 2.
