Board (the -Board-) on August 10, 2017 after due notice of noncompliance to
the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received

$150.00, and for a lien to be placed on the property if not satisfied by
August 16, 2017.
2. A certified copy of this order may be recorded in the public records of
