81-R-6RESOLUTION NO. 81-R--6 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING EACH MEMBER OF THE EDGDEWATER CITY COUNCIL AS A COORDINATOR OF A SEPARATE MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA; FURTHER PROVIDING A TERM OF OFFICE FOR SAID APPOINTMENT; REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS CONFLICTING HEREWITH; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Section 2-1 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Edgewater provides for a coordinator system of municipal government, and empowers the City Council to assign each member thereof as coordinator of a municipal department, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Mayor Robert H. Christy is hereby appointed coordinator of � K �6 V 4 "(gIrS _ Department, of the City of Edgewater, Florida, with all the rights, privileges, and responsibilities pertaining thereto. SECTION 2. SECTION 3. SECTION 4. SECTION 5. That Councilman Wilbert Pendleton is hereby appointed coordinator of FhAh<Y . That the above named members of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, shall serve as coordinators of their respective municipal departments for a term of one year from the effective date of this resolution. SECTION 7. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and same are hereby repealed. SECTION 8. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided by law. Upon roll call vote the Resolution was declared duly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the day of January, 1981.
