BOARD OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,/FLORIDA,
PROVIDING FOR A TERM OF OFFICE, REPEALING
RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING
AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,FLORIDA:
SECTION 1, That 0 rti �1c -Q, is hereby
appointed to membership on the bh r, A Board of
the City of Edgewater, Florida, with all the rights, orivileges,
and responsibilities oertaining thereto.
SECTION ?. That the term of said appointment shall be for

a period of 3— year5 which shall commence from the effective date
of this resolution.
SECTION 3. That all resolutions or harts of resolutions
in conflict herewith be and same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided
by law.
