SEC. 21-52.02 ACCESS/DRIVEWAYS (Apron pad) I " 9 1' (--
Section 21-52.02 of the Land Development Code requires all single family and duplex
residential property to have an approved driveway and apron.
Many citizens may not be aware that concrete aprons protect asphalt roadways from damage,
culverts from being crushed, and prevents dirt from disrupting the stormwater drainage
system. Our continued effort to correct existing violations in the City of Edgewater will reduce
the maintenance cost of roadway repair, sidewalk repairs, and man hours spent maintaining
stormwater drainage issues.
Please obtain the required permits from the Building Department and install an approved:
apron pad.
