A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER
TO A VACANCY ON THE CITIZEN CODE ENFORCEMENT
BOARD FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA;
FURTHER PROVIDING FOR A TERM OF OFFICE FOR
SAID APPOINTMENT; FURTHER PROVIDING THAT HE
SHALL SERVE AT THE PLEASURE OF THE CITY COUN-
CIL; REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That G���"yT , is hereby appointed
as an alternate member on the Citizen Code Enforcement Board of the
City of Edgewater, Florida, for an unexpired term to end May 18, 1982,
with all the rights, privileges, and responsibilities pertaining
thereto.
SECTION 2. This appointment shall be at the pleasure of the
City Council for the City of Edgewater, Florida.
SECTION 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided by law.
SECTION 4. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in
conflict herewith be and same are hereby repealed.

vote of the City Council for the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a
regular meeting of said council held on the L day of February, 1982.
