I looked at the account and it appears that the UT balance was paid in 11/17 shortly (Counter payment to JAB?) after
the lien was placed, but there is no documentations showing it was set to be satisfied.
Based on past practices, I would say the lien should be satisfied.
Bridgette—if you concur, please reply as such to all. Then—Whom ever received the original email can let Orange Lien
know that the lien is being satisfied.
And the Clerk's office can prepare the satisfaction.
In Dilena's absence, I will add the info to the satisfaction log.
