TION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO MICHAEL
A RESOLU
LOESCHER AND CHRISTINE LOESCHER FOR THE PURPOSE OF
SETTING UP A USED CAR LOT AT 1515 SOUTH RIDGEWOOD AVE-
NUE, EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN CON-
DITIONS FOR THE GRANTING OF THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION,
REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Edgewater Board of Adjustments voted to grant a Special
Exception to Michael Loescher and Christine Lae scher for the purpose of
establishing a used car lot on certain real property that they own in the City
of Edgewater, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, accepted
the recommendation of the Edgewater Board of Adjustments in granting said
Special Exception.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Michael Loescher and Christine Loescher are hereby
granted a Special Exception for the purpose of establishing a used car lot at
1515 South Ridgewood Avenue, Edgewater, Florida.
SECTION 2. That said Special Exception is granted with the following
conditions imposed:
a. Any conditions set forth by the applicants in their application to the
Edgewater Board of Adjustments for the granting of the Special Exception.
b. Only operative automobiles to be displayed at the place of sale.
There will be no outside display of parts, junk cars, tires, etc. All storage
of these items will be enclosed and kept out of sight.
c. The area at the rear of the lot will be completely cleared of debris
within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Resolution.
d. The east side of the property shall be screened either by an opaque
fence or plant materials as required in Ordinance 880.
e. Only minor auto repairs shall be allowed and these repairs shall
be conducted within the building located on the premises.

f. The outside area of the used car lot shall comply with the drawing
submitted by the applicants to the Edgewater Board of Adjustments.
SECTION 3. That a failure to comply with any of the abovestated conditions
shall result in a revocation of the Special Exception and immediate revocation
of the grantees license to conduct business.
SECTION 4. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions and all ordinances
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith by and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption by the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, and approval
as provided by law.
The first reading of the Resolution was read in full and passed by a vote of
the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the y "41' day of Bd, 4-- 1979, and approved as
provided by law.
