Mr. Lear stated that Environmental Services has requested a stormwater plan be submitted and approved prior to the issuance of a permit due to prior flooding issues in the vicinity. Charles Young, 605 Sea Gull Court, explained how the stormwater would be addressed on the property and stated this was really the only outdoor living area available. There being no further questions or comments, Chairman Kennedy closed the public hearing.
