APPROVAL OF MINUTES AR2015-1242 Regular Meeting -August 17, 2015 A motion was made by Mr. Blazi, second by Mrs. Bennington, to approve the minutes. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote: Yes: 5- Mike Ignasiak, Christine Power, Gigi Bennington, Dan Blazi, and Gary Conroy 4. OLD BUSINESS - None at this time. 5. NEW BUSINESS a. AR2015-1067 Final FY 2016 CRA Budget Economic Development/Redevelopment Coordinator Samantha Bishop made a staff presentation, and discussed: the County Council and City Council approving their budgets; the final budgets from each authority providing a total estimated CRA revenue for 2016 of $11, 386; the CPA not having any expenses this year because the dollars have been earmarked for the Northern Gateway/Storm Water Pond and Park project, the CRA has three years to use the revenue, and it was felt that the project was the most upcoming event the City would have; the information briefed being available to the public on the official CPA website, and on the City's website; and stated the CPA website address is www.edgewatercra.org. 6. AR-2015-145 Notification from Volusia County Regarding 2015 Tax Increment Payment to 6 the Edgewater Community Redevelopment Agency Trust Fund Economic Development Coordinator, Samantha Bishop, reported that the City received a letter from the Volusia County Finance Department stating the amount the city will be paid for the 2015 tax increment payment to the Edgewater Community Redevelopment Agency Trust Fund, and that an electronic fund transfer of $4, 439.45 was received on December 30, 2015. 6. OTHER BUSINESS None at this time. 7. Riverside Drive Edgewater, FL 32132 In accordance with FS. 163.356(3)(c), Florida Statutes, the City of Edgewater CRA has developed the annual report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year, including a complete financial statement setting forth assets, liabilities, income, and operating expenses as of the end of fiscal year 2015. This report has been filed with the City Clerk and is available for inspection during business hours in the office of the Clerk, located at 104 N. Riverside Drive, Edgewater, FL, 386-424-2400 ext 1102. In addition, the report is available in the office of the CRA, located at 104 N. Riverside Drive, Edgewater FL 32132, 386-424-2400 ext. 1330. As approved in the budget, the increment revenue has been reserved for the Northern Gateway Park Project.
