A RESOLUTION APPOINTING NEIL J. ASTING AS
COORDINATOR OF THE WATER AND WASTEWATER DE-
PARTMENT OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA;
REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Neil J. Asting is hereby designated and appointed
as Coordinator of the Water and Wastewater Departments.
SECTION 2. Each Councilman, as Coordinator, shall not receive
any additional compensation for services under this Resolution.
SECTION 3. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided by law.
The first reading of the Resolution was read in full and passed
by a vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a
Regular meeting of said Council held on the day of March, 1980,
and approved as provided by law.
