Cindy Black, Umbrella Tree Dr: discussed the resignation of Councilman Blazi and expressed her appreciation jar all that he has done for the community. Also addressed a local sewer lifting station that has been going off at Sam. Michael Visconti, 316Pine Breeze Dr: thanked Councilman Blazi for all he has done for the community. CITY COUNCH.REPORTS Councilman Conroy reported.attending the 2281h year Coast Guard Celebration. Mayor Ignasiak reported.' attending the Southeast Volusia Chamber Luncheon, the Elks Lodge DARE Presentation, the backpack stuffing event and the backpack giveaway at the YMCA, discussed that Edgewater has been ranked the 9th safest city in Florida and that Boston R'hater was named the 3rd largest employer in Volusia County. Councilwoman Power reported:how wonderful the City's medians look. Councilwoman Vogt reported:nothing at this time. Councilman Blazi reported:his resignation due to an upcoming move that is out of his district. 7.
