744ORDINANCE N0. 744 AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING THE EMPLOYMENT OF KENNETH COOPER AS ASSISTANT TO THE WATER PLANT OPERATOR FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA FOR THE REASON THAT THE SAID KENNETH COOPER HAS RETIRED, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the employment of Kenneth Cooper as Assistant to the Water Plant Operator for the City of Edge- water, Florida be and the same is hereby terminated for the reason that the said Kenneth Cooper has retired as of February 29, 1972. SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions and all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect retro- actively from February 29, 1972. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a Regular Meeting of said Council held on the 6th day of March A.D., 1972. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the require- ment of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edge- water, Florida at a Regular Meeting of said Council held on the 6th day of March A.D., 1972, and approved as provided by law; the vote of said Council upon roll call being as follows: This Ordinance was prepared by Charles A.
