AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING AND REAPPOINTING
MURIEL IHNKEN AS LIBRARIAN FOR THE CITY
OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA; SETTING FORTH HER
SALARY; PROVIDING SHE SHALL SERVE AT THE
WILL OF THE CITY COUNCIL, AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Muriel Ihnken be and she is hereby
confirmed and reappointed as Librarian for the City of
Edgewater, Florida, to serve as same at the will of the
City Council.
SECTION 2. That the said Muriel Ihnken as Librarian
for the City of Edgewater, Florida shall receive as
compensation the sum of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00)
Dollars per month.
SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
and all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by
vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida
at a Regular Meeting of said Council held on the 15th day
of November A.D., 1971.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the
requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading
was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final
passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of
Edgewater, Florida at a Regular Meeting of said Council
held on the 15th day of November A.D., 1971, and approved
as provided by law; the vote of said Council upon roll
