AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING AND NAPPOINTING
CAROLYN SCHEDLER AS DEPUTY CITY CLERK;
SETTING FORTH HER SALARY; PROVIDING SHE
SHALL SERVE AT THE WILL OF THE CITY COUNCIL;
SETTING FORTH HER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Carolyn Schedler be and she is hereby
confirmed and rappointed as Deputy CClerk for the City of
Edgewater, Florida, to serve as same at the will of the City
Council.
SECTION 2. That the said Carolyn Schedler shall receive
as compensation the sum of Three Hundred Twenty -Five ($325.00)
Dollars per month.
SECTION 3. That the said Carolyn Schedler shall perform
such duties as are prescribed by the City Clerk and by the
City Council and she shall have such powers and responsibilities
as are designated under the Laws of the State of Florida and
under the Charter, Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of
Edgewater, Florida.
SECTION 4. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
and all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote
of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at
Regular Meeting of said Council held on the 15th day of
November A.D., 1971.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the require-
ment of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived
and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edge-
water, Florida at a Regular Meeting of said Council held on
the 15th day of November A.D., 1971, and approved as provided
