641ORDINANCE NO. 641 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND REAPPOINTING A JUDGE FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPEN- SATION FOR SUCH OFFICE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Mayor William H. Cairnie be and he is hereby designated and reappointed as Judge for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all of the dutiesofsaid office as fixed and defined by the Charter and Ordinances of said City and the laws of the State of Florida; to serve as such at the will of the City Council of the said City. That the said Mayor William H. Cairnie shall be paid the sum of Ninety One and 67/100 ($91.67) Dollars per month. Said reappointment being effective as of the 17th day of November, 1969. SECTION 2. That all Ordinances of parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held on November 17th, 1969. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
