SULLIVAN AND MORE PARTICULARLY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED; SETTING FORTH THE CERTIFICATION OF A REGISTERED SURVEYOR IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AS TO THE SUFFICIENCY OF THE LAND CONTAINED THEREIN; AND ORDA IN ING THAT THE SAID AREA IS INCORPORATED INTO THE CITY OF EDGEWATER AND SETTING FORTH AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR SAID INCORPORATION..
