636ORDINANCE NO. 636 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUE TO BE COLLECTED FOR THE WATERWORKS AND SEWER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1969 AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1970 TO THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE WATERWORKS AND SEWER. SYSTEM BUDGET BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the following amounts of monies to be collected from the source of revenue of the Waterworks and Sewer System of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida during the fiscal year be- ginning November 1, 1969 and ending October 31, 1970 be and the same hereby are appropriated to the following purposes and in the following amounts: Y IMMU WATER DEPARTMENT Water Sales Connection Charges Service Charges Hydrant Rental Miscellaneous SEWER. That the City Clerk of the Said City of Edgewater, Florida be and she is hereby directed to apportion such revenue of the Waterworks and sewer system of the City of Edgewater, Florida to the respective purposes set forth in Section 1 hereof as and when the above described and designated revenues are received and collected. SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the regular meeting of said Council held on the 6th day of October, A.D. 1969 and approved as provided by law.
