ORDINANCE NO. 608
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4, OF
ORDINANCE NO. 67 AS AMENDED BY SECTION
1, OF ORDINANCE NO. 74 PROMULGATING
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAXES TO BE CHARGED
BY THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 4. of Ordinance No. 67 as amended
by Section 1, of Ordinance No. 74 be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Section 1. LICENSE SCHEDULE.
The following annual, except as otherwise stated,
designated license taxes shall be paid to the City
of Edgewater by persons, firms or corporations
engaging in or managing or transacting the following
several businesses, occupations or professions within

the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a Recessed
Meeting of said Council held on the 22nd day of August
A.D., 1968, after due notice thereof.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement
of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the
Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
