Good Afternoon Ladies,
I just checked public records and the corrected satisfaction was recorded finally(copy attached) but it still references the
wrong legal description. It has been over 3 months since my initial email to get it fixed and now it is still wrong. See
email chain below of all the information that I have provided to get this fixed.
If you look at the original lien in Book 7461 Page 4997 it is for Unit D26—Parcel 7450-14-04-0260. Both satisfactions
that your office has prepared contain the wrong legal and the note on the corrected satisfaction is wrong. Your office
already prepared and recorded the satisfaction for Unit G44—see Book 7573 Page 1912. The city placed a lien against
Unit G44 and D26 on the same day for the same amount so this may be where some of the confusion is coming from
Can you please look into this and get it corrected asap so that the right legal description gets imputed this time. Let me
know if you need anything further from me to get this completed.

I was just doing some further research on the tax deed site and it appears that a "corrected" satisfaction of lien is
required rather than a "corrected" lien. Please see the following and attached;
Parcel 7450-14-07-0440(Unit G44)—tax deed sale on 3/06/18 and your office made a claim for surplus to pay off the
utility liens on this property. Attached is the recorded lien and its recorded satisfaction.
Parcel 7450-14-04-0260(Unit D26)-tax deed sale on 3/06/18 and your office made a claim for surplus to pay off the
utility liens on this property. Attached is the recorded lien and its recorded satisfaction which contains the wrong legal
description. This is property that I need to file a quiet title action on and need a"corrected"satisfaction with the correct
legal description.
I hope that this information helps and that you will get this corrected asap. My first initial email was back in October
and it has been almost two months now. Also, please let me know if you need anything further in order to expediate
this as I need to get this case filed on behalf of my client.

OR Book 7573 at Page 1913. All the information in the Satisfaction is correct except for the legal. Will
