on September 20, 2018 filed a Lien against property owned by DAVID P. ALEXANDER and
described as:

PG 1599 per OR 6467, PGS 4032-4033 in the public records of Volusia County,

in the amount of ONE THOUSAND THIRTY-SIX and 34/100 dollars ($1,036.34) plus interest,
filing fees, and any other costs incurred by the City; said Lien being recorded in Official Records
Book 7599, Page 2681 of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida. The City does hereby
acknowledge full payment and satisfaction thereof and hereby consents that the same shall be
discharged and satisfied of record.
