ORDINANCE NO. 556
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALLIED
PRODUCTS COMPANY OF EAU GALLIE, FLORIDA
FOR 170 FEET OF 24 INCH REINFORCED CONCRETE
PIPE FOR THE SUM OF $668.10.
WHEREAS, The City of Edgewater, Florida has caused to be
advertised invitations to bid for 170 feet of 24 inch
reinforced concrete pipe, and
WHEREAS, competitive bids have been received by the said
city and were opened and read at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the City Council held June 19, 1967, and
WHEREAS, the said competitive bids, being duly considered by
the City Council, and the City Council being desirous of
accepting the bid of Allied Products Company of Eau Gallia,
Florida for the said 170 feet of 24 inch reinforced concrete
pipe for the total sum of $668.10.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Allied Products Company of
Eau Gallia, Florida for 170 feet of 24 inch reinforced concrete
pipe for the sum of $668.10 be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That any and all other bids be and the same are
hereby rejected.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
The foregoing ordinance was read in full and passed by vote
of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a
special meeting held on June 22, 1967. Upon motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance
upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered

Put upon final passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida, at a special meeting of said Council held on
June 22, 1967, and approved as provided by law, the vote of
said Council being as follows:
