535ORDINANCE No. 535 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF AND TERMINATING THE SERVICES OF JOHN N. RICH, AS PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA WHEREAS, John N. Rich, patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Florida has tendered his resignation effective April 1, 1967, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the resignation of John N. Rich aspatrolman for the City of Edgewater, Florida be and the same is hereby accepted and his services are hereby terminated as of April 1, 1967. Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Council held on April 3, 1967. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
