517w ORDINANCE NO. 517 AN ORDINANCE EMPLOYING JOHN N. RICH AS PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA- ggqq,, Section 1. That John N. Rich be and he is hereby employed as �Jp patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Florida, said employment to be VV'' retroactive from September 19, 1966, the said John N. Rich to serve at the will of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida. Section 2. That the compensation of John N. Rich, as patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Florida be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $325 per month, retroactive from September 19, 1966, the said rate of compensation subject to being raised to the sum of $350 per month after the expiration of six months from September 19, 1966. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting held on October 3, 1966. Upon ;motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was put upon final passage. Passed.by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting held on October 3, 1966 and approved as provided by law, the vote of said Council being as follows: Councilman nne st: City Clerk Approved this 3rd day of October A.
