ORDINANCE NO. 492
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING WATER AND SEWER
LINES EXTENSIONS.
WHEREAS, it has heretofore been resolved by the City Counci�
the City of Edgewater, Florida to extend water and sewer line
along the hereinafter described streets and roads within the �

City of Edgewater, Florida, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has heretofore been had on the said
intention of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida
to extend the said water and sewer lines.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City of Edgewater, Florida will extend water
and sewer lines within the city limits of the City of Edgewater,
Florida as hereinafter described:
a. Old County Road from Otter Drive to the elementary
school property.
b. Otter Drive to 248 feet east of Old County Road.
c. Snider Street from Old County Road to Hart Avenue.
d. Ocean Avenue to a point 26 feet east of Old County
Road.
e. Connecticut Avenue from its westerly dead end to
Old County Road.
f. 24th Street from Orange Tree Drive to Kumquat Tree
Drive.
g. Lime Tree Drive from 24th Street to a point 470 feet
north of 24th Street and to a point 310 feet south
of 24th Street.
h. 26th Street from Orange Tree Drive to Umbrella Tree
Drive.
i. Queen Palm Drive from 26th Street to a point 690
feet south of 26th Street.
j. Sable Palm Drive from 26th Street to a � point 950
feet north of 26th Street.
k. Travelers Palm Drive from 26th Street to a point
250 feet south of 26th Street.
1. Umbrella Tree Drive from 26th Street to a point 550
feet north of 26th Street and a point 645 feet south
of 26th Street.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval by the acting Mayor.

The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the
recessed
City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a x)ngv)amr meeting
of said Council held on July 5th 1966.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of
reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the
ordinance was put upon final passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida
recessed
at a meeting of said City Council held on the ctr, day of
July 1966, and approved as provided by law, and the vote of said
Council being as follows:
