475ORDINANCE NO. 475 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING BID OF BURROUGHS CORPORATION AND REJECTING THE BID OF THE NATIONAL CASH REGISTER COMPANY 139 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, hereby accepts the competitive bid of Burroughs Corporation for the Utility Billing Machine in the amount of Four Thousand and No/100 ($4,000.00) Dollars. SECTION 2. The Bid of The National Cash Register Co. be and is hereby rejected. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect February 21st, 1966 upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held on February 21st, 1966. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading such Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
