47400 a ORDINANCE NO 474 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE COMPENSATION OF ADOLPH LABDNDE, BUILDING OFFICIAL FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Adolph LaBonde is presently serving in the capacity __,,//�� of Building Official for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, 70/ at the salary of Two Hundred Forty Five ($245.00) Dollars per month. That 14 the said Adolph LaBonde shall continue to serve in such: capacity as Building Official at the will of the City Council of said City and that his compensation shall be changed to Two Hundred Twenty Five ($225.00) Dollars per month. Said change in compensation shall be effective as of January let, 1966. SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held on January 3rd, 1966. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, therequirementof reading such Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the regular meeting of said Council held on the 3rd day of January, 1966 and approved as provided by law, the vote of said Council being as follows: y�G
