471ORDINANCE NO. 471 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATII'G M'D RE—APPOIYTING A WATER DEPARTMENT CLERK FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION FOR SUCH OFFICE DE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTIOY 1. That Ruth K. Sedgwick be and she hereby is designated and re —appointed as Water Department Clerk for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all of the duties of said office as fixed and defined by the Charter and Ordinances of said city and the laws of the State of Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of the said city. That the said Ruth K. Sedgwick shall be paid the sum of Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($250.00) Dollars per month. Said re —appointment being effective as of the 1st day of November, 1965. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the regular meeting of said Council held on December 6th, 1965. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
