469r- ORDINANCE 110.469 AI•: ORDINANCE TERMINATING SERVICES OF PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION DUE FOR SUCH OFFICE TO TERMINATION DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That by Ordinance No. 439, dated the 17th day of May, 1965 7� Laverne Wayne Johnson was designated an d appointed a regular police officer of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at the will of his City Council of the said city. That it is the will of the City Council of the said city that the appointment of Laverne Wayne Johnson as Patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, be terminated as of November 15th, 1965 and that he be paid the sum of Two Hundred One and 75/100 ($201.75) Dollars. That said services and pay be and are terminated this date. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the Regular Meeting of said Council held on December 6th, 1965. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
