AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 422, THE SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
VOLJSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1964 AND ENDING OCTOBER 31,�
1965, TO THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: ,7r
SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 422 of the City of
Edgewater, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:
That from the aforesaid anticipated moneys to be collected from the
sources of revenue as aforesaid, same be and they are hereby appropriated
to the following purposes in the following amounts during the fiscal year
beginning November 1st, 1964 and ending October 31st, 1965, to -wit:

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk of said City of Edgewater, Florida,
be and she hereby is directed, as and when the above described and designated
revenues are received and collected by her, to apportion such revenues to the
respective purposes set forth in section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinancesin conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance take effect immediately upon its passage
and approval by the Mayor.

The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City
Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting held
October 16th, 1965•
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of
reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance
was ordered put upon final passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 18th day of October, A.D.
1965, and approved as provided by law, the vote of said Council being as
follows:
