450ORDINANCE NO. 450 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUES ER BE COLLECTED FOR THE CITY OF IDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL ftptrza YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1ST, 1965 AND ENDING OCTOBER 31ST, 1966, TO THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the following amount of moneys are anticipated to be collected from the sources of revenue of the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, during the fiscal year beginning November 1st, 1965 and ending October 31st, 1966, to -wit: ESTIMATED INCOME Taxes 78,000.00 Building Permits 2,500.00 Electric Permits 1,200.00 Plumbing Permits 800.00 Business Licenses 7,500.00 Occunational Permits 400.00 Beer, Wine & Liquor Licenses 1,900.00 Fines & Forfeitures 2,500.00 Miscellaneous 1,000.00 Cigarette Tax 15,500.00 Franchise Rebate 15,000.00 Dog Tags 150.00 Garbage & Trash Collections 22,500.00 Office & Storage Space Rental 1,200.00 Total $150,150.00 SECTION 2. That from the aforesaid anticipated moneys to be collected from the sources of revenue as aforesaid, same be and they are hereby appropriated to the following purposes in the following amounts during the fiscal year beginning November 1st, 1965 and ending October 31st, 1966, to -wit: VVRF . General Government 35,818.25 Garbage & Trash 21,800.00 Road Maintenance 20,000.00 Street Paving & Improvements 10,000.00 Dog, Cat and Pest Control 750.00 Park Maintenance & Recreation 3300.00 Street Lights 8:600.00 Police Department 22,350.00 Fire Department 12,055.00 Emergency & Contingency 5,000.00 Library 4,550.00 Drainage 2,500.00 Civil Defense 500.00 Capital Outlay 2,924.75 City Manager 1.00 Utility System Purchase Fund 1.00 Total '150,150.00 SECTION 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Edgewater, Florida, and she is hereby directed to apportion such anticipated revenue set forth in SECTION 1 to the respective purposes set forth in SECTION 2 hereof, as and when the above described and designated revenues are received and collected. SECTION 4. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Councilheld on October 4th, 1965. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered nut upon final passage. Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of'Edgewater, Florida at the regular meeting of said Council held on the 4th day of October, A.D. 1965.
