437A ORDINANCE No. 437 AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING SERVICES OF PATROIMAN' FOR THE CITY OF EDM ATER, VOIDSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATIDY DUE w FOR SUCH OFFICE TO TEFOM.ATION DATE. // EE IT ENACTED HTE Y THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDCEWAR, FLORIDA: ff//�� � SECTION 1. That by Ordinance Number 401 dated the 16th day of March, 1964, Donald Joseph Goodson was designated and appointed as a Patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said City. That by Ordinance P+umber 40P dated the 15th day of June, 1964, the compensation for said Patrolman was raised to Three Hundred Thirty Five and No/100 ($335.00) Dollars per month, effective as of the 15th day of June, 1964. That it is the will of the City Council of the said city that the appointment of Donald Joseph Goodson as Patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Velusia County, Florida, be terminated as of April 19th, 1965 and he be {aid the sum of Thirty Three and No/100 (S•33.00) Dollars, said sum representing payment of salary due from the 16th of April, 1965 thru the lath day of April, 1965. That said services and pay of Donald Joseph Goodson be and are terminated this date. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the :4ayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the Regular Meeting of said Council held April 19th, 1965. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
