436ORDINANCE NO. 436 AN ORDINANCE INCREASEING THE COMPENSATION OF HENRY MIDKIFF AN EMPLOYEE OF THE WATER DEPARTMENT FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA. HE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Henry Midkiff is presently serving in the Water Department for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, at a. salary of One Dollar and Sixty Cents per Hour ($1.60). That the said Henry Midkiff shall continue to serve in such capacity at the will of the City Council of said City and that his compen- sation shall be increased to Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per month. Said increase in compensation shall be effective as of March 15, 1965• SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said Council held on March 15, 1965, Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirements of read- ing such Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
