BE IT ENACTED BY TO PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDC�IMER, FLORIDA: �®
SECTION 1. That by Ordinance Y386, dated the 2nd day of December,
A.D. 19(3, Jack Hayman was designated and appointed as the Chief of Police
for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at
the will of his City Council of the said city. That said appointment
was effective as of the 191 day of December, 19F3, with salary designated
as Three Hundred Seventy Five and No/100 (w375.00) Dollars for a period of
three months, said compensation being increased to Four Hundred and no/100
(400.00) Dollars per month thereafter. That it is the will of the City
Council of the said city that the appointment of Jack Hayman as Chief of
Police for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, be terminated
as of January 5th, A.D. 1965 and that he be paid the sum of Sixty Five
and 75/100 (v65.75) Dollars, said sum representing payment of salary due
from the 1st day of January, A.D. 1965 thru the 5th day of January, A.D. 1965.
That said services and pay of Jack Hayman be and are terminated this date.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same hereby are repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and arproval by the Mayor.
The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City
Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting of said
Council held on January 18th, A.D. 1965.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading
such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered
put upon final passage.

of January, A.D. 1965 and approved as provided by law, the vote of said
Council being as follows.
