424Number 424 AN ORDINANCE TER2aNATING SERVICES OF PRESENT CITY ATTORNEY FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION DUE FOR SUCH OFFICE TO TERMINATION DATE. ?r, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:!'` SECTION 1. That by Ordinance Number 373 dated the 18th day, of November, 1963, Jefferson W. Clark was designated and appointed as the City Attorney for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at the will of his City Council of the said city. That said appointment was effective as of the 15th day of November, 1963, with salary designated as One Hundred Fifty and no/100 ($150.00) Dollars per month. That it is the will of the City Council of the said city that the appointment of Jefferson W. Clark as City Attorney for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida be terminated as of October 28th, 1964 and that he be paid the sum of One Hundred Fifty and no/100 (1150.00) Dollars, said sum representing payment of salary due from the let day of October, 1964 thru the 28th day of October, 1964. That said services and pay of Jefferson 11. Clark be and are terminated this date. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance rras read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the Special Meeting of said Council held on October 28th, 1964 at 4:00 P.M. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
