AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUES TO BE
COLLECTED FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOIDSIA
COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOP, THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
NOVEM.BER 1st, 1964 AND ENDING OCTOBER 315T, ���
1965, TO ITEMS OF VARIOUS IOF TPE CITY TMET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EMEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following amount of moneys are anticipated
to be collected from the sources of revenue of the City of Edgewater,
Volusia County, Florida, during the fiscal year beginning November 1st,
1964 and ending October 31st, 1965, to --wit:

SECTION 2. That from the aforesaid anticipated moneys to be
collected from the sources of revenue as aforesaid, same be and they are
hereby appropriated to the following purposes in the following amounts
during the fiscal year beginning November 1st, 1964 and ending October

53CTION 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
be and she is hereby directed to apportion such anticipated revenue set
forth in SECTION 1 to the respective purposes set forth in SECTION 2
hereof, as and when the above described and designated revenues, are received
and collected.
SECTION 4. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. That, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage.
The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the
City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at the regular meeting
of said Council held on October 19th, 19�,4.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirements of
reading said Ordinance upon second reading were waived and the Ordinance
was ordered put upon final passage.
Passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
at the regular meeting of said Council held on the 19th day of October, 1964;
