420ORDINANCE NO. 420 AN ORDINANCE AMEPIDING SECTION 2 of ORDINANCE NO. 359, THE SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUES To BE COLLECTED FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1963 AND ENDING OCTOBER31 1964, TO THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET. ME IT ENACTED BY THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: R ay SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 359 of the City of 46V Edgewater, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: That the following amounts of moneys to be collected from the source of revenue of the City of Edgewater, Florida, during the fiscal year beginning November 1, 1963 and ending October 31, 1964, be and the same hereby are appropriated to the following purposes in the following amounts. That the City Clerk of said City of Edgewater, Florida, be and she hereby is directed, as and when the above described and designated revenues are received and collected by her, to apportion such revenues to the respective purposes set forth in section 1 here of. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
