417ORDINANCE No. 417 AN ORDINANCE TERMIC;ATING SERVICES OF PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION DUE FOR SUCH OFFICE TO TERKINATION DATE. HE IT ENACTED EY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA' ��,,//JJ�� SECTION 1. That by Ordinance 397, dated the 17th day of February,-1, AA General Fugate was designated and appointed a regular police officer of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, to serve as such at the will of his City Council of the said city. That it is the will of the City Council of the said city that the appointment of General Fugate as Patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, be terminated as of September 1, 1964.' That ,said services and pay be and are terminated this date. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the Regular Meeting of said Council held on September 8 , 1964. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading such ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon passage.
