413ORDINANCE No. 413 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING A PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION FOR SUCH OFFICE. HE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That William C. Bayne be and he hereby is designated and appointed a Patrolman for theCity of Edgewater, Volusia County, i Florida, with full power and authority to do and perform all of the duties of said office as fined and defined by the Charter and ordinances of said city and the laws of the State of Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of the said city, 'hat the said William C. Rayne shall be paid the sum of One and 25/100 ($1.25) Dollars per hour, said appointment being effective as of the 13th day of July, 1964. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the regular meeting of said Council held on August 3rd, 1954. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
